Com Chay (Burned Rice) is one of the many traditional dishes of Vietnam. It is made from deep frying already cooked rice until golden brown and then topping it with dried shrimp or pork floss , chopped spring onions and chili. There are places that you can buy this on the streets however more and more you buy this on the internet (a sign of the times). My staff know that I like to eat Com chay and they order this through facebook (Nha Trang Club) and its delivered to us.Expect to pay 10 000 VND for each container.
